Displaying new Ideas as public by default

You can configure your Ideas board to display all ideas (including Ideas received from the public) to be displayed as public by default.

Navigate to your public Roadmap settings or your Embed settings page where you will find this setting within the 'Ideas' section:


When set to ON, all ideas will appear as public default. When set to OFF, Ideas will only be visible to logged in users until the Idea has been reviewed.
