How do I add videos?

The easiest way to include videos in your content is by inserting them via a direct link. Simply click on the video icon and then paste in the video's URL. Once added, this will render the video. If your video isn't displaying, make sure it's one of the video providers that support direct links (see below).

If the video provider is not one of the support providers, see method 3 below.

Popular hosting providers, such as YouTube, provide an option to embed videos using their customised iFrame tag. Where available, you can also use these embed code within the content editor:

Method 3 - Embed videos as an iFrame using the code editor

The content editor supports 'code view' where you can view and edit your content as HTML. Through this option it's possible to add your own custom iFrame option, with the relevant URL and iFrame options:

All videos that are inserted as an iFrame (using method 2 above) are supported,
For direct links, the following providers are supported:

  2. Vimeo
  3. Loom
  4. Amazon (AWS)
  5. Daily Motion

This is a continuously growing list. If you use a particular video hosting provider then we will happily add them to our supported providers, so long as they support embedding via direct links.
